Terms of service — JSON Resume Connect

By installing or using JSON Resume Connect (“the add-on”) you agree to these terms.
1. What it is
- A free, open-source Google Workspace add-on that adds one step to Google Workspace Studio™ flows.
- Source code: github.com/ismailkattakath/jsonresume-connect,
under the MIT License. The
licence governs the code; these terms govern use of the published add-on. Bundled third-party
code keeps its own licence (the vendored OAuth2 for Apps Script library is Apache-2.0).
2. No fee, no account with us
- The add-on is free. The maintainer runs no service and holds no account for you.
- You need a Google account and a jsonresume.org account.
Their own terms apply to those services.
3. Your content
- Your résumé and the Docs the add-on creates stay yours.
- You are responsible for what your résumé says and for whom you share the Docs with.
- The add-on checks your résumé against the JSON Resume schema. It does not check that the
content is true.
4. Other steps in your flow
- Other steps in your flow, such as Gemini, belong to Google, not to this add-on. Review anything
they write before you send it.

- The add-on is provided “AS IS”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, as set out
in the MIT License.
- It depends on Google Workspace Studio, Google APIs and jsonresume.org. Any of them can change
or stop working without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, the maintainer is not liable for any damages arising from
use of the add-on, including lost data, lost opportunities or a missed application deadline.
8. Acceptable use
- Use the add-on only with your own résumé or one you are authorised to process.
- Do not use it to break the law or the terms of Google or jsonresume.org.
9. Changes and termination
- These terms may change. The current version is always on this page, with history in git.
- You can stop at any time: uninstall the add-on and click Disconnect.
- The add-on may be withdrawn from the Google Workspace Marketplace at any time.
